X-Treme Gate - Management Team at JES Innovations

Jerald spent over 16 years employed by the California Department of Corrections. He is the inventor of the X-Treme Gate and Founder, President, and majority share holder of JES. Jerald has taken the concept of the X-Treme Gate through the development and manufacturing stages.

Jerald has spent many years networking with other successful manufacturers, business owners, marketing companies, as well as three very prominent business men and mentors; Jay Kim – Owner of KOST Co. - Seoul South Korea, Richard Woodland – Commercial Developer – Paso Robles California, and David Gulbranson - Investment Banker - Thousand Oaks California.

At JES Innovations, Inc., Jerald has been responsible for all aspects of company affairs including the conception and design of the X-Treme Gate, two other viable products (patent pending), as well as many other concepts and improvements to current products. Jerald’s diligence has been essential to the foundation set with three major automotive manufacturers (one of which we are pending a licensing agreement for 2012/2013), numerous chain stores, web based stores and accessory shops.

Roy has over 40 years of real life experience in all aspects of manufacturing. In 1972 Roy started FTM Corp., Fontana, California. He manufactured custom thermoformed expanded styrene foam packaging and egg washing equipment. As President Roy was responsible for all phases of operation including; design, promotion, and sales. Roy sold FTM in 1980, which is still in business today.

In October 1980 Roy was operations manager for Joslyn Sunbank LLC in Paso Robles California, where he headed up the physical company move from Burbank California. Roy was responsible for all aspects of preparation, construction, and equipment set-up of the new facility. He also coordinated and hired the initial work force to fill the positions of those employees that could not make the move From Burbank to Paso Robles.

At JES Innovations, Inc., Roy is responsible for operations including hiring and recruiting, purchasing, office personnel (billing, receivables, & payables). The production supervisor and quality control manager report directly to Roy. We are very fortunate to have Roy’s vast experience and work ethic on our team.

Ross brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to JES Innovations, Inc. His proficiency in understanding customer needs and value, give him the ability to establish a successful brand, acquire and retain profitable customers, and boost marketing efficiency. His marketing and sales skills enable him to provide road-tested strategies in a rapidly evolving marketing environment. With substantial consumer, cross-functional and industry knowledge, Ross adds considerable value in consulting engagements with his ability to grow business and diversify customer sectors.

At JES Innovations, Inc., Ross is responsible for managing the Sales and Marketing Department, developing and placing sales contracts, developing market analyses, executing marketing and advertising plans and promotions, recruiting and training of sales staff, and providing all-inclusive sales and marketing support to JES Innovations, Inc.’s clients. His exceptional interpersonal and communications skills assist him in attracting, motivating and retaining the best possible sales employees. Ross has played a major role in the development of many of the current and prospective accounts.

Jay is a shareholder in JES and since 1978 has been the president of KOST Co. LTD. in Seoul, South Korea. During his tenure at KOST, he has manufactured hundreds of products from flat panel LCD’s to hearing protection to clothing to the X-Treme Gate “Slide-Out Truck Bed Extender”. Jay has manufacturing ability in most of Asia including China and South Korea.

At JES Innovations, Inc., Jay is responsible for overseeing the development and production of all JES’ products and assuring that they meet the highest level of quality. He has a team of engineers, whom have been essential to the development, engineering, and manufacturing of the X-Treme Gate.

Lucinda earned her BA in Sociology from Cal State Bakersfield. She has co published various studies such as a transportation demographic of California’s Central Valley and future sociologists educational facilities and opportunities. Lucinda has been a great factor in the research and development of company policies and procedures as well as marketing strategies and demographics.

Lucinda has spent the last four years studying sales trends and demographics of automotive accessory marketing and sales and is an essential asset to JES.

I-Chung earned his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has over 12 years experience in the areas of information technology and engineering. He has worked for Fortune 100 companies and the Defense industry in technical lead positions. He is vice president level talent and possesses the requisite skill set and experience to perform the duties of director of information technology and to implement responsibilities according to the business plan.

The director of information technology is responsible for all hardware and software management, documentation, and implementation including; IT hardware and software, resourcing, maintenance, and policy development and documentation across the spectrum of information technology.

At JES Innovations, Inc., I-Chung is responsible for LAN and WAN development as well as IT integration across the network. The director of information technology will be responsible for all hardware and software management, documentation and implementation.
